14. Eliminate Destructive Thought Patterns to Stop Emotional Eating & Overeating

Did you know as humans we have over 6,000 thoughts every single day? In this episode we are diving into a TANGIBLE way to monitor and take EVERY THOUGHT CAPTIVE. We actually do have the strength to control what we think and how we decide how to act on it.
