Hey, I’m Hannah! Mom, wife, and busy Christian entrepreneur. And for most of my life, I’ve turned to food to cope with stress.
I bounced between strict plans, emotional eating, and chasing quick fixes, always looking to the world for relief instead of real peace.
I realized that if I wanted lasting change, I had to stop the binge eating and pursue freedom, God’s way.
So I created a realistic, grace-filled plan that broke the cycle of stress eating and brought peace and balance back into my day. The yo-yo dieting stopped, the overwhelm lifted, and my relationships, especially with Jesus, began to thrive.

We talk about Venn diagrams, remember those? and have to use our imagination as I explain how the 3 big areas of our lives merge together for all the goodness as we start seeking out FOOD FREEDOM.
