This podcast gives you real-life strategies to stop stress eating, find peace in your chaotic schedule, and ditch the dieting rollercoaster so you can finally feel more present in your life and with your family.
Hey, I’m Hannah! Mom, wife, and busy Christian entrepreneur. And for most of my life, I’ve turned to food to cope with stress.
I bounced between strict plans, emotional eating, and chasing quick fixes, always looking to the world for relief instead of real peace.
I realized that if I wanted lasting change, I had to stop the binge eating and pursue freedom, God’s way.
So I created a realistic, grace-filled plan that broke the cycle of stress eating and brought peace and balance back into my day. The yo-yo dieting stopped, the overwhelm lifted, and my relationships, especially with Jesus, began to thrive.
